Title II, Part A and Title IV, Part A Applications Open in GMAP

The Title II, Part A and Title IV, Part A applications are open in the Grant Management Application and Planning system (GMAP). We highly encourage districts to begin working on these applications immediately and submit for approval in GMAP by Aug. 31. Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.  

The tentative Title I, Part A, Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, and Title V applications are also open. Since we have not received all federal allocations for programs contained within the consolidated application, only these applications are open at this time. As other programs are allocated, they will be populated in GMAP. If you have application specific questions, please contact the following KDE staff:

Title III, Part A Intent to Participate Now Open in GMAP

The Title III, Part A Intent to Participate is now open in GMAP. All districts must complete the Intent to Participate and select if they want to receive grant funding, choose to join a consortium, or have their funds reallocated to other districts. Districts can visit the Federal Grants webpage to view their FY26 Title III Preliminary Allocations. The deadline to complete the Intent to Participate and have Superintendent Approval is Friday, Aug 15^th. Please visit the Title III webpage for information and resources.
